Pay for tours and travel services online on CAJ.UZ. On many fixed-date tours, you can check out immediately — payment places an order right away. We then confirm the booking by email/WhatsApp after we verify traveler details and secure the required services.

How online payment works
Option A: Instant online purchase (Pay now)
- Open a tour page and click Book online.
- Fill in traveler details (upload passport scans only if requested).
- Pay by Visa/Mastercard.
- Your payment places an order immediately.
- We confirm the booking by email/WhatsApp after verification and securing services.
Option B: Request booking (Confirm then pay)
For custom/private tours or complex arrangements, we confirm availability and details first, then send a payment link or invoice. See Terms (Public offer).
If something cannot be secured
If availability changes or required details are missing, we will propose alternatives. If you do not accept alternatives, cancellations/refunds are handled under the Return Policy.
Payment security
- SSL encryption (HTTPS): your browser connection is protected.
- 3D Secure (if required): an extra authentication step may appear depending on your bank.
- Data safety: we never ask for your CVV or full card number in chat/email.

What happens after payment
After successful payment, we start operational confirmation. Depending on the tour, this can include securing hotels, transport, guides, and tickets (if applicable).
What you receive
- Written confirmation and key instructions (email/WhatsApp).
- Pickup/meeting details when applicable.
- Operational contacts (driver/guide) when assigned.

Payment troubleshooting
My card was declined — what should I do?
Try again, use a different card, or contact your bank (some banks block international online payments by default). You can also request a bank transfer invoice from our team.
I see a charge twice — did I pay twice?
Sometimes banks show a temporary hold and a finalized charge separately. Send us a screenshot or transaction reference — we will verify the status and advise the correct next step.
I paid, but didn’t receive a message
Check your spam/junk folder and WhatsApp. If you still don’t see confirmation, contact us with your name and payment time — we’ll locate your order and confirm status.
What documents may be required
Some tours require traveler passport details and/or passport scans for hotel registration and ticketing. If requested, upload scans as JPG or PDF.
To avoid delays
- Enter traveler names exactly as in passports.
- Upload readable scans/photos if requested.
- If your group has multiple travelers, verify spelling for each person.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return Policy.
After approval, we process refunds within 5 business days (bank posting time may vary).
Card refunds (summary)
- Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for payment.
- Customer cancellations may be refunded minus applicable cancellation fees and bank/processing fees (if applicable).
- In some cases, we may request a signed refund request letter for payment compliance (template is on the Return Policy page).

Do you charge an extra commission for card payments?
No — CAJ.UZ does not add an extra cardholder commission. Your bank may apply currency conversion or processing fees.
Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
Payment places an order immediately. We confirm the booking after checking traveler details and securing services.
Why do you sometimes ask for passport scans?
Some hotels and ticketing procedures require passport data for registration. If requested, upload JPG/PDF scans via the order form.
What if my card is declined?
Try another card or contact your bank. If needed, we can provide a bank transfer invoice.
